The Problem Isn't Us

We, in the fertility community, are not the problem.

We talk about our pain. We talk about our struggles. We educate and sensitize people to what we are going through.

And we have been doing it for years.

It's everyone else that doesn't know how to handle us. It's everyone else that thinks we are too moody, too sad, too anxious or too depressed.

And we get it - People don't understand what it's like to constantly be told "iyh by you." They don't know what it feels like to watch your all your friends have kids before you. They don't know what it feels like to be told that your baby has no heartbeat. They don't know the ache you feel every single time another holiday rolls around. They don't know about the fake smiles we paste on our face every time we walk out our front door.

They don't know.

And until they know, they will never fully understand, and we don't wish this pain upon anyone.

But just so you know - The problem isn't us.
