Holding Different Emotions

Emotions are so complex. It’s normal to experience multiple emotions, even seemingly conflicting ones, at the same time.

💞You can grieve another month of negative tests, and also be hopeful for next month.

💞You can be heartbroken that you don’t have a baby, and also be happy for a friend that just gave birth.

💞You can be upset about some recent bad news your doctor gave you, and still be excited to enjoy the holidays and family time.

There are no rules. Give yourself the space and respect to feel it all.


Just because you are sad about one part of your life, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy….

  • the holidays

  • being in the succah

  • being outside

  • being able to take the week off

  • spending time with family and friends

    It’s 100% ok to hold different emotions all at once
