You don’t have to do *that* thing if it’s going to be too much for you.

You can say no to meal invites over Succos.
You can say no to participating in the neighborhood succa hop to avoid seeing all the children.
You can say no to taking on more responsibility at work.
You can say no if someone tries to show you pictures of their baby.

It’s not selfish to say no, it’s strong ❤️
