Grief is Unique

Some people grieve loudly.
Some barely make a noise.

Some people wail, scream and cry.
Some are just numb.

Some people go about their lives, as if nothing has happened.
Some can hardly remember to take a shower.

Grief for each individual is unique.
Do not judge the way someone else is manifesting their pain.

Whether it’s with collective grief, an early miscarriage, full term stillbirth, infant loss or any loss, there is no right way to feel.

Just lean into whatever you need.
