Spirituality To Me

As we close off our discussion about G-d, religion, faith and spirituality, we want to remind you that feeling connected to a higher being is sometimes not in the number of pslams you say or how meticulous you are about the mitzvos and rituals.

It can also be in the body and soul that you were given. It can be in the words that you read, the art that is created, the magic of a falling leaf or birds singing. It can be in the kinds of people we surround ourselves with, it can be in the foods we cook and the delicacies that we eat, and it can also be in the places we visit.

Ultimately, it's about the connection to something higher, something greater than yourself, and each of us finds the pieces that speak the most to us.

Use them. Ground yourself in those moments and experiences. Delight in the pleasures of being filled in this small way.

We know that this will not bring you the baby you are desperately longing for, but it can help to make life a little less sucky in the meantime.
