But seriously, even if you’re not a chocolate lover, we all have our go-to comfort foods that bring us some semblance of joy during times of grief, pain and sadness. And they’re usually carb loaded because those are the foods that increase endorphins. Think about it- do you know anyone who anyone who teaches for a bowl of kale after a failed transfer? 🙄
