Male Infertility and Loss

 

Some men cry, some men get angry, some men talk about their pain…

And some men don’t.

And that is perfectly okay. Let him know you are there for him but then let him process in his own way. Even if that means that he doesn’t seem to process it at all.

Just because he doesn’t show his emotions in the same way as you and leaves for work each morning seeming perfectly fine, doesn’t mean he doesn’t feel all the grief, pain, and heartbreak. And don’t take it personally if he doesn’t want to talk about it.

You may communicate or process things differently than your partner and that is normal.

Just support each other. Be there for each other. And remember that there is no right way to grieve and feel!
