Grief and Loss
The stories I have read in the last day were heartbreaking. Thank you all for trusting me with them and sharing your most vulnerable moments with me.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is a quick reminder as you go into shabbos/the sabbath, that grief changes over time. Many of you spoke about this in your messages. What at first seems crushing and completely overwhelming, becomes something that you can eventually carry.

@bymariandrew got it exactly right here. The memory of your baby will never go away; It will just get easier to move through it over time.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I too, still remember all my miscarriages like they happened yesterday (see “my story” in the Highlight section). The doctors’ words are seared in my brain. But, I can think about them now without crying (most of the time) and without feeling pained. My babies will always be a part of me, but they don’t hold the same place in my life that they did before.

And that’s okay.
