Stop Gaslighting Yourself

Does the voice in your head ever make you feel like you are “too much”, “too sensitive”, “too anxious”?

Self gaslighting like this can make us question ourselves and do NOT empower us to advocate for what we need.

Just like how you should not allow anyone else to gaslight you and make you feel less-than and unheard, don’t speak to yourself this way! Treat yourself with respect. Allow yourself to feel the emotions. Know that your experiences are real and your feelings are valid. Be KIND to yourself. Always.
