Join us on Monday, May 18, at 12:00 PM EDT for our next virtual webinar, "Body & Soul: Nourishing Yourself Through Infertility & Grief."
This is part of our year-long program, 12 Months of Compassion, designed to provide accessible education and emotional support through monthly webinars.
This month, we're joined by two experts who bring both clinical expertise and deep compassion: Dr. Rhonda Adessky, a clinical psychologist based in Jerusalem and the clinical director of Keren Gefen, and Marla Rottenstreich, founder of Mekor Fitness and owner of the MindBody20 Virtual Fitness Program.
If you've been on this journey for any amount of time, you probably know what it feels like to be at war with your own body. To feel like it's working against you and stop trusting it. To struggle to even want to take care of it when it keeps letting you down.
This session is about something we don't talk about enough: how do you nourish yourself, physically and emotionally, when your body feels like a source of pain rather than a source of strength?
